Pure Indulgence 

• In-villa check-in

• A selection of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea in any operational restaurants and bars during opening hours.
• Minibar is refilled daily with four beers, ten soft drinks and four juices. Unconsumed items cannot be accumulated to the next day's allowance. Consumption done more than the daily allowance subject to extra charges

แพ็คเกจไม่รวม

• ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับระหว่างประเทศ / ค่าภาษีสนามบิน, ค่าธรรมเนียมและค่าเชื้อเพลิงของสายการบิน
• ค่ากิจกรรมพิเศษของห้องอาหาร เช่น Themed buffet dinners หรือ กิจกรรมพิเศษที่ทางรีสอร์ทจัดขึ้นในแต่ละห้องอาหาร หากมีช่วงเดินทางตรงกับกิจกรรมดังกล่าว ทางรีสอร์ทคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมตามเงื่อนไขกำหนด

หมายเหตุ

• การจองเป็นโปรโมชั่น ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ออกมาที่ ราคา หรือ กิจกรรมเสริมที่พิเศษกว่า จะไม่สามารถ ยกเลิก และ ทำการจองใหม่ (Re-book) ได้ในทุกกรณี

เงื่อนไขการจอง การชำระเงินและการยกเลิกการจอง (แต่ละรีสอร์ทมีเงื่อนไขที่แตกต่างกัน)

การจองแพ็คเกจและการชำระเงิน

• กรุณาชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% หรือค่าบริการเต็มจำนวน (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาการจองและโปรโมชั่นที่ทำการจอง ณ ขณะนั้น) หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากทางบริษัทฯ ภายใน 7 วัน ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นกับปริมาณการเข้าพักในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ซึ่งทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับเปลี่ยนตามเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับจากทางรีสอร์ท
• หากทำการจองน้อยกว่า 30-45 วัน กรุณาชำระค่าบริการเต็มจำนวนก่อนทำการจอง(ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจองและช่วงเดินทาง)

การยกเลิก

• ยกเลิกมากกว่า 45 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่ายท่านละ 5,000 บาทจากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด (ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจองและช่วงเดินทาง)
• ยกเลิก 31-45 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่าย 50% จากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด
• ยกเลิก 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่าย 100% จากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด
• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือเข้าพักไม่ครบตามจำนวนคืนหรือจำนวนวันที่ทำการจอง ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องขอคืนค่าบริการได้
• หากทำการยกเลิกในฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว(Peak Season) อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขตามรีสอร์ทกำหนดและทางบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้งหลังจากที่ได้รับการยืนยันการจองที่พักเรียบร้อยแล้ว
