  จะไม่สามารถ ยกเลิก และทำการจองใหม่ Re-book ได้ในทุกกรณี (รีสอร์ตอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากไม่ได้รับกิจกรรม หรือสิทธิใดๆ ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้ทุกกรณี)
• เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปีพักและรับประทานอาหารฟรีเมื่อมาพร้อมผู้ปกครอง

เงื่อนไขการจอง การชำระเงิน และการยกเลิกการจอง (แต่ละรีสอร์ตมีเงื่อนไขที่แตกต่างกัน)

การจองแพ็คเกจ และการชำระเงิน

• กรณีจอง และเดินทางมากกว่า 45 วัน ชำระเงินมัดจำ 50% ของราคาแพ็คเกจ ส่วนที่เหลือชำระก่อนเดินทาง 45 วัน หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากทางบริษัทฯ กรุณาชำระเงินมัดจำภายใน 5 วัน (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาการจอง และโปรโมชั่นที่ทำการจอง ณ ขณะนั้น)
• หากทำการจองภายใน 45 วัน กรุณาชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนก่อนทำการจอง(ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจอง และช่วงเดินทาง)

การยกเลิก

• ยกเลิกมากกว่า 45 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ มีค่าธรรมเนียม 5,000 บาทจากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด (ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจอง และช่วงเดินทาง)
• ยกเลิกภายใน 31-45 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่าย 50% จากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด
• ยกเลิกภายใน 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัทฯ ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่าย 100% จากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด
• ทั้งนี้ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการยกเลิก โดยขึ้นอยู่กับทางบริษัทฯ เป็นผู้กำหนด
• กรณีเข้าพักไม่ครบตามจำนวนคืนหรือจำนวนวันที่ทำการจอง ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องขอคืนค่าบริการได้
• หากทำการยกเลิกในฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว (Peak Season) อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขตามรีสอร์ตกำหนด และทางบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้งหลังจากที่ได้รับการยืนยันการจองที่พักเรียบร้อยแล้ว
