All Inclusive (AI) – INCLUSIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Breakfast : Extensive buffet selection at the (main restaurant) Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaiy (07:30 hrs – 10:00 hrs)
• Lunch: International buffet selection with action stations at the (main restaurant)
  • Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaiy (12:30 hrs – 14:30 hrs)

• Dinner: A sumptuous dinner buffet with action stations at the (main restaurant)
  • Sunset Restaurant or Malaafaiy (18:30 hrs – 21:00 hrs)

NOTE: Based on occupancy levels, the Resort reserves the right to close one of the buffet restaurants

• Unlimited consumption of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks served throughout the day from 10:00 hrs – 00:00 hrs
  • Olhuveli House brand Water non-carbonated are served at the restaurants/bars (Only for consumption at the Restaurants/Bars, not allowed to take away)
  • Imported Still or Sparking water bottles are not included into the AI rate plan thus chargeable as per consumption)

• Activities and Adventures
  • Choice of ONE complimentary out of Two (2) regular/scheduled Excursion per guest per stay with minimum stay of 3 nights : guided “Snorkeling Safari” or “Local Island Experience”. (All excursions will be operated if weather permitting and have to be checked and booked in advance with resort hosts. One Excursion is per person per stay
  • Daily Non-Motorized Water Sports on selected activities – 01 hour per day: kayak, paddle board, Hydro Bike. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Guided activities will be charged accordingly
  • Half an hour group snorkeling lesson per adult per stay (minimum number of 6 pax required)
  • Half an hour group wind surf lesson per adult per stay (minimum number of 6 pax required)

NOTES:

• Food and Beverage served under this All Inclusive plan is ONLY for personal consumption
• Beverages will be served by the glass and one at a time, at the restaurants and bars of the Resort
• All Guests booked under the same room/villa/suite must be on One plan either on Full Board basis or All Inclusive basis
• Guests booked under same room/villa/suite are strictly not permitted to have a combination of Full Board and All Inclusive Plans
• Alcoholic drinks will not be served to anyone under the age of 18
• Management will have the right not to serve or stop serving alcoholic drinks to inebriated guests
• There are no refunds or substitutions and none of the benefits can be transferred to another person and no accumulation of any entitlement if not used, to the next day

เงื่อนไขการจอง การชำระเงินและการยกเลิกการจอง (แต่ละรีสอร์ทมีเงื่อนไขที่แตกต่างกัน)

การจองแพ็คเกจและการชำระเงิน

• กรุณาชำระค่ามัดจำ 50% หรือค่าบริการเต็มจำนวน (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาการจองและโปรโมชั่นที่ทำการจอง ณ ขณะนั้น) หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากทางบริษัท บิลเลี่ยน เดสติเนชั่น จำกัด ภายใน 7 วัน ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นกับปริมาณการเข้าพักในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ซึ่งทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับเปลี่ยนตามเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับจากทางรีสอร์ท
• หากทำการจองน้อยกว่า 45 วัน กรุณาชำระค่าบริการเต็มจำนวนก่อนทำการจอง(ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจองและช่วงเดินทาง)

การยกเลิก

• ยกเลิกมากกว่า 35 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัท บิลเลี่ยน เดสติเนชั่น จำกัด ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่ายท่านละ 5,000 บาทจากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด (ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขการจองและช่วงเดินทาง)
• ยกเลิก 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง ทางบริษัท บิลเลี่ยน เดสติเนชั่น จำกัด ทำการหักค่าใช้จ่าย 100% จากราคาแพ็กเกจทั้งหมด
• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือเข้าพักไม่ครบตามจำนวนคืนหรือจำนวนวันที่ทำการจอง ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องขอคืนค่าบริการได้
• หากทำการยกเลิกในฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว(Peak Season) อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขตามรีสอร์ทกำหนดและทางบริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้งหลังจากที่ได้รับการยืนยันการจองที่พักเรียบร้อยแล้ว
